Industry Advancement Program
The Industry Advancement Program (IAP) was put in place in 1964 to fund the activities of the AGC of Wisconsin and the ACEA. ACEA utilizes this funding to provide a variety of services, including supporting labor relations and collective bargaining, providing guidance and interpretation of labor agreements, moderating Union grievances, appointing and/or serving as Trustees on Union fringe funds (Health & Welfare, Apprenticeship, etc.), participating in a variety of industry-wide committees and programs, managing ACEA sub-associations, distributing and maintaining Union wage sheets, administering and distributing various industry funds (IMI, LECET, etc.), and other activities as needed to support initiatives of industry-wide benefit.
